We all have either known someone struggling or have struggled ourselves with a mental health disorder; it’s that common! Sometimes, it’s in response to a stressful event; other times, it’s just a part of who we are. Either way, seeking care to become the healthiest version of ourselves shouldn’t be complicated or inaccessible.
Klear Care is the result of founder Dr. Lindsay Hill’s, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, professional and personal experience within the mental health world. After working for almost ten years as a psychiatric provider for other agencies and helping close family members find appropriate mental health care, she became aware of some significant flaws within our medical system.
Even as a mental health professional, the arena was challenging to navigate. She witnessed patients grow weary of changing payment structures and mediocre communication. She set out to start a company where providers do not feel bogged down by the demands of insurance companies, and patients can feel empowered and respected.
Klear Care bridges the mental wellness gap by offering patients and providers transparency and flexibility. We lead with kindness, empathy, and common sense, creating a culture of care that we would feel comfortable referring our families to.
We aim to ensure the medications and services prescribed to our patients are working by intentionally tracking progress each step of the way. Because care should fit easily into our daily lives, we offer convenient telehealth and secure texting options. Plus, our payment structures are clear and accessible.

Lindsay Hill, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Lindsay Hill is a passionate and dedicated psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and proud owner of Klear Care, a mental health practice that provides personalized and preventive care to enhance emotional well-being.
Lindsay’s journey in healthcare began when she earned her Bachelor of Nursing from Cedarville University in Ohio. She took a position as a Community Health Nurse at Arizona State University Health Services and had the privilege of learning from experienced faculty while she was there. Her interest in mental health nursing grew, as she saw ASU students getting better with the appropriate psychiatric support and treatment. She saw a path forward allowing her to help individuals with various mental health issues and support them through their healing journey.
Samantha Kragel, PMHNP
Meet Samantha Kragel, a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner passionate about supporting individuals who struggle with mental health. Samantha has over 14 years of experience in the healthcare field and uses her knowledge to identify each client’s unique needs.
Samantha began her career at Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital in 2008 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cedarville University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Her observation of the growing need for quality mental health care for young people has inspired her to step up and help fill the gap.
Samantha’s approach is different because she works closely with her clients and their families to develop a treatment plan that meets their specific needs. She combines medication management, therapy, coping skills, and lifestyle modifications to give her clients the best chance of reaching their full potential in all aspects of their lives.
When she’s not helping others, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, three children, and her furry friend, a golden retriever. She is delighted to be a part of the Klear Care team and is excited to work collaboratively with her clients to help them achieve their goals.
